About these terms
This website is run by Foresight Energies LTD, a solar energy company in Abuja, Nigeria (“Foresight Energies”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use the website, including Find Your Solar Fit, the “Request a call back” form, the enquiry window and the WhatsApp and call buttons. By using a form, you agree to these terms. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your details.
Our forms
Find Your Solar Fit. You choose appliances, backup hours and, if you like, your monthly power spend. To see your recommendation, you give your name and phone number, and your email address if you choose. We save your request and add you to our customer records.
Request a call back. You give your name, phone number, area in Abuja, whether it’s for your home or business, and your business name if you choose. We save your request, add you to our customer records and call you back.
Enquiry window and WhatsApp buttons. These open WhatsApp with a message ready for you to edit. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, and the website doesn’t save the draft. If a form can’t reach us, it may offer WhatsApp instead, again only when you choose it.
What happens after you submit
You’ll see a reference number (starting SF- or CB-). Our team is notified and will contact you by phone, or on WhatsApp, about your request, a site assessment or a quotation. Submitting a form doesn’t create a contract, and you’re under no obligation to buy. If you haven’t heard from us, call +234 708 332 9253 and quote your reference.
Your details
Only submit your own details, or details you have permission to share. Please make sure they’re accurate so we can reach you. If you send the same request twice, we treat it as one request. If you send a new request with the same phone number, we may add it to your existing record, or ask our team to check it first.
Recommendations and prices are indicative
This is an indicative starting recommendation, not a final system design or quotation. Final sizing and price require a site assessment, including actual appliance ratings, starting loads, roof conditions and installation requirements.
Prices shown on the website are estimates and can change. A price is only binding once we give you a written quotation. We don’t promise uninterrupted power, a particular backup time in every condition, or specific savings. Any discount is at our discretion and must be agreed in writing.
WhatsApp and phone calls
WhatsApp is run by Meta and has its own terms and privacy policy. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are kept in our WhatsApp account so we can reply. Call charges from your network may apply.
Security checks and fair use
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is submitting them, and we limit how many requests can come from one connection in a short time. Please don’t submit false or someone else’s details, send spam, use bots or scripts, try to get around the security check, or interfere with the website. We may ignore or delete requests that break these terms.
If a form isn’t working
We work to keep the website available, but it may sometimes be down or slow. If a form shows an error, your request may not have been saved. Use the WhatsApp option it offers, or call +234 708 332 9253.
Our responsibility
The website’s content is general information to help you get started. It isn’t engineering advice for your property. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses caused by relying on an indicative recommendation without a site assessment and written quotation. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
